How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
As CEO of Concept Marketing Group Inc., I always had an interest the sales and marketing aspects of various companies. My initial positions, at other companies during my first years in the working environment, were all related to the sales and marketing venue. My goal was to start my own company which would assist businesses in reaching their target audience and maximize their ROI.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
While we provide products/services that many other companies are offering, we are a marketing company first. With over 32 years of marketing experience, we know what it takes to be successful in all aspects of marketing. We work with each customer, personally, to create a strategy to reach their target audience. Anyone can sell printing services, lists, etc., but we take it one step further by working with you to reach your target audience with a message that will grab the attention of the reader. The results: a higher ROI for your business.
We understand that each client has individual needs. As such, we will work with you on a personal basis in developing the marketing strategies and sales growth plans tailored to your specific industry. Taking it a step further, we will show you how to implement these strategies yourself or, if desired, we will guide and manage their implementation from start-to-finish so you can focus on what you do best. We will continually adjust the marketing program, as needed, to keep your business goals on track. We are, in sum, your full-service marketing partner.
