How long have you been in business?
Our original company was founded in 1953 under the name of Shelter Sales, our family obtained the business around 1976 and operated it until we renamed it to US Prefab Inc. and moved into a new facility in 1986 and have been operating and growing ever since.
What is your primary product or service?
Prefabricated solar and steel products such as covered parking, metal buildings, rv covers, garages, parking garages, repairs, solar & photovoltaic structures and supports, sales and service.

Were a family owned and operated company with the experience to handle any project from large to small, were large enough to get any size project done yet small enough to care about our clients and their needs.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We strive to provide products that will meet or exceed our clients expectations and requirements. Were also a manufacture & builder so our clients get right from the factory with no middleman and were a straight forward contractor, no games or surprises, we'll provide you everything that you have contracted for. Our clients will also be dealing directly with the owners on a daily bases not some automated phone service or salesmen that never call you back.
