This is an authentic commercially zoned house that is used to demonstrate processes and procedures, specialty tools and equipment. The house was built in 1956 and features plaster walls, built-in cabinetry, and coved ceilings. Other finishes represented at the training house include ceramic tile, carpet, hardwood and concrete floors.
Different mitigation scenarios are presented to class participants during the courses that present “Real World” hands-on challenges focused on accuracy and consistency in the delivery of service.
