Our law firm was established in 2014, but our attorneys have years of experience in their respective practice areas.
What is your primary product or service?
Hall Underwood is a full-service law firm. We uniquely provide unbundled legal services and advice in business law, family law, bankruptcy, and general civil litigation matters. "Unbundled" means that we customize the solutions to our clients' unique needs. There is no expensive retainer required, you only pay for what you need.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
The biggest difference is our value system. We are committed to providing exceptional legal service for thousands of dollars less than other law firms.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently, we practice in Phoenix, Scottsdale, and the St. Louis metro area. We do plan to expand to other states in the near future.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, personal check, certified funds, and debit/credit cards. Our firm offers convenient payment plans to ensure that everyone can afford the legal representation they need.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Our managing partner, Jay Hall, is a young entrepreneur who is obsessed with improvement. While he worked for other law firms, he tried to observe every detail of operation. He quickly noticed some common inefficiencies that he believed were responsible for expensive legal fees.
What are your hours of operation?
Our attorneys are available Monday - Friday from 9am - 6pm. We also accommodate clients with evening and weekend appointments.
