How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Prior to starting this business, I (Michael T. Williams, President) was the Regional Vice-President for the largest PPO network in Arizona. I negotiated discounted contract rates with physicians, physician groups and every type of ancillary provider. Contract rates were based on allowables for CPT codes. Hospital rates were per-diem and case-rates based on diagnosis(ICD9) or DRG codes.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
In addition to having responsibility for building the physiciand and provider network in Arizona, a primary responsibility in my previous position was to market the network to insurance plans, third party administrators, and self-insured employer groups. We know the methods used by insurance companies to discount or deny your payments and also know how to appeal these denials or incorrectly reduced payments.

1 location in Phoenix. Would like to increase number of locations when appropriate.
