General Maintenance: 2/3 Commercial cleaning in Phoenix buildings (regular janitorial service) and 1/3 general handyman for property managers. HiRise Service does exterior and interior Glass cleaning besides stage rigging rental for window replacements.

Use to sell Janitorial Supplies to commercial users. Background in State Board of Accounting audits.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Throughout the 90's I owned Service Resource Corporation who was the 3rd largest Commercial Janitorial Service in Phoenix. We expanded by providing excellent service with no outside sales people.

50+ properties; always looking to expand.

What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Keeping us on from Year to Year and negotiating rates when there is pressure from other bidders instead of just taking low bid and accepting below average service. Trusting us. Recent compliment 7-13-12 "Alex and Bill did great! I actually need to schedule them back out again for some miscellaneous work"
