What is your primary product or service?
IT management programs that provide comprehensive support for businesses throughout Arizona and the Southwest. We provide network planning, integration and ongoing services that allows our clients to fully outsource their information technology needs, allowing them to better focus on their core business.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I entered the information technology industry in 1982, shortly after the development of personal computers and quickly realized the revolutionary impact that PCs and computer networks would have on business, particularly small and medium size businesses. As founder and president of ETS, I've emphasized employing the right people, processes and technology to deliver reliable and high quality services to our valued clients. I was raised in the Phoenix metro area and graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Business Administration.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We emphasize employment of very experienced and technically competent customer service professionals coupled with efficient management of our service delivery processes. This combination allows us to better achieve our goal of becoming a valued and strategic partner for every client that we serve!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location serving Arizona. We have preliminary plans to add a second office later this year.
