How long have you been in business?
10 Years! Forest House yoga opened our doors in the NW Valley in January of 1999. As one of the first yoga studios in the west valley, we have aerned a reputation os steadfastness and consistency.
What is your primary product or service?
Daily yoga classes. However, we specialize in advanced studies and teacher trainings. We love to focus on yoga therapeutics and yoga philosophy. Knowing the proper alignment within the postures, coupled with the deep study of ancient texts is what yoga is really all about! The daily yoga classes are just an introduction to all of that.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was actually dragged to my first yoga class! But from the first moment I was hooked. It was so hard, but I knew I was doing something very important for me, and that I would be doing it forever.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Longevity, daily committment and lifestyle.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location currently. We are looking into locations in Surprise/Sun City and in the Goodyear/Litchfield Park area.

3 blocks North and 3 blocks East of 43 Ave and Union Hills. From the intersection of 43 Ave and Union Hills, travel 3 blocks North to 43 Ave, then go East to 4015. The studio is behind a home so don't be confused. Once you drive down the driveway you will see a large gray building, which used to be an artist's studio, but is now converted to a yoga studio.

Cash and check only. We can take Visa or Master Card checks however.
